Hi Wise Women,
I hope everyone is feeling fantastic......I am afraid I am not!
I have not done this week's Wise Week as I have a shocking muscle spasm in my back and neck...Sitting here at the computer is agony!!!!
Just wanted to let you know that I am still 'alive' though, a stint at the Emergency Department of Concord Hospital made sure of that!!!
Oh there is so much to tell you all, but I am afraid you will have to wait until I can sit here a bit longer than a few minutes....
ROSLYN.....IN INDIA
Roslyn has sent me a couple of emails so far to let us know she is having a ball at the Ayurvedic clinic in India. She is being massaged daily (oh the joy) been checking out the goodies for sale and sighting seeing. She tells me that she has lost weight and her Blood Pressure has improved so obviously this magical place is doing it's trick.
She is madly typing up a story on the whole journey and it is bound to be a fantastic read.....I can't wait.
