Eat Well To Look and Feel Younger

No single food can provide us with all the nutrients we need. Dieticians recommend that we eat a wide variety of foods from the main food groups.

What are our main food groups?

Cereal, rice, bread, pasta and noodles.

Fruit

Vegetables- including legumes.

Milk, yogurt and cheese.

Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and legumes.

Your continued good health depends on good nutrician. Healthy eating plays a role in helping us feel better. We all know that we can’t turn back or stop the clock. But we can feel and look better for longer.

Our diet combined with regular exercise and a balanced lifestyle contributes to our overall well- being and our future health.
